Wow moment!
I know I have a long way to go, but today I stopped for (decaf) coffee at Caribou. I used to go there a lot, but since I gave up caffeine for the surgery, I rarely go anymore. Two of the people who work there complimented me on my weight loss. One said I looked "healthy" and "glowing."
That made me feel really good. I'm so glad I finally made the decision to do this surgery! Even if I didn't lose another pound (and I will--don't worry!) I would be happy with the results. Yay for my pouch!

Keep it going girl, you are doing so good. It really is nice when folks don't see you for a while, and they are like WOW!
